1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $69.99.

2. How can I track my order?

If you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation email was sent to the email address, which you used for your order.  Then if the item is shipped, you also will immediately receive a shipping email.

We ship mainly through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, China Post.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations can be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

1. How does the customization process work?

Customization at FoxAFox is a collaborative conversation. After you place your order, we will contact you to discuss the details. Furthermore, we may ask for specific photos or personality anecdotes to ensure the final piece captures your pet’s unique spirit. Consequently, we work closely with you until you are confident the design reflects your bond.

2. Can I request changes to my design?

Absolutely. Since our products are personalized, we prioritize your vision. However, please be aware that significant changes after the production process has begun may incur additional costs. Therefore, we encourage you to confirm all details during the initial design proof stage.

3. Need help with design ideas?

Don’t worry. Many of our customers have the love but not the design. Simply share a photo of your pet, and our team will recommend the best medium—whether it is leather, a plaster casting, or an embroidered portrait—to honor your companion.

1. Why does FoxAFox use such diverse materials?

We offer everything from leather and plaster to apparel because we want to accompany you through all stages of life. Leather is for daily companionship, while 3D plaster or oil paintings are for eternal memory. Ultimately, we provide the medium, but you provide the meaning.

2. Are your materials safe for my pet?

Yes, your pet’s health is our priority. Consequently, we ensure all materials—from the non-toxic finishes on our dining bowls to the soft-touch textiles used in our apparel—are pet-safe. Furthermore, we test all leathers and dyes to ensure they are gentle and durable for daily wear.

3. How do I care for my leather or plaster pieces?

Artisan pieces require care. We provide a care guide with every purchase. For leather, we recommend periodic conditioning to keep the material supple. For plaster or art, keep them away from direct moisture to ensure they endure for generations.

Handcrafting takes heart. Unlike mass-produced items, your piece is created from scratch. Whether it is carving leather or casting plaster, these steps cannot be rushed. Therefore, we appreciate your patience; we are ensuring that the quality is worthy of your pet’s memory.

We strive to meet all delivery estimates. However, artisan work can sometimes encounter delays due to environmental factors. Consequently, we will notify you immediately if your shipment date changes. Your trust is our priority.
