If tracking updates appear delayed, please allow 3–5 business days β€” this often occurs when the package is in transit between international hubs.

Wrong Shipping Information

If you entered an incorrect shipping address or contact details, please contact us at contact@foxafoxshop.com within 2 hours after placing your order.
Once the parcel is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. FOXAFOX LLC will not be held liable for losses caused by incorrect address submissions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive within 60 days after shipment, please contact us at contact@foxafoxshop.com.
We will gladly resend your order or issue a full refund after verification.
